01

Driver Requirements

All drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Only Authorized Drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be approved in writing.

02

Rental Term & Late Returns

Your rental begins at pickup and ends only when the vehicle, keys, and documents are returned to the approved location. Returns more than 2.5 hours late may incur an additional full day's rental. Extensions require approval at least 1 hour before the due time.

03

Fuel & Mileage

Return the vehicle with at least the same fuel level as at pickup, or pay actual fuel cost plus a $10 refueling fee. Mileage overage is billed at $0.35 per mile beyond the allowed mileage.

04

Insurance Required

Renter must provide proof of valid auto insurance extending to the rented vehicle for liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. Optional Rental Collision Protection and Roadside Assistance may be available.

05

Security Deposit

A security deposit, typically $300–$600 depending on the rental, is held at pickup. Any unused balance is generally released within 21–42 days after the rental closes, subject to final audit.

06

Tolls & Violations

Renter is responsible for all tolls, E-ZPass charges, parking, traffic-camera and moving violations, and impound costs. Processed items carry a $25 administrative fee. Toll-by-plate use: $3.95 per day, capped at $30 per rental.

07

Smoking & Odor Policy

Smoking, vaping, or carrying any substance that leaves a strong persistent odor in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violations result in cleaning and odor remediation fees.

08

Permitted Use

The vehicle may be used only for lawful personal or routine business transportation on paved roads. Rideshare, delivery-platform use, racing, towing, and travel outside the contiguous United States without written consent are prohibited.

09

Damage & Loss

Regardless of fault and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter is responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle during the rental, including collision, theft, vandalism, glass and tire damage, towing, and loss of use.
