By accessing keystonecarrentals.com or requesting a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account and at least 25 to rent a vehicle. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Reservations are requests

Submitting a reservation request does not create a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only after Keystone verifies your information, confirms availability, and notifies you. We may decline or cancel a request at our discretion.

The rental agreement governs your rental

Every rental is subject to a separate written Rental Agreement signed at pickup. That agreement sets the binding terms of your rental, including driver requirements, insurance, deposits, fees, and liability. If anything here differs from the signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement controls.

Pricing & information

Rates, vehicle details, and availability shown on the site are estimates and may change. We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Final charges are confirmed in your Rental Agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or copy its content without permission, or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logos, and text are owned by Keystone Car Rentals LLC and may not be reused without written permission.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services for things like sign-in, content management, and email delivery, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
